📦 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Personal care, intimate, or consumable items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Orders returned without prior approval

📝 2. How to Request a Return

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return instructions if eligible.

💸 3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

  • Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔁 4. Replacements or Exchanges

  • Replacements are available only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
  • To request a replacement:
  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear unboxing video or photos as proof

🚫 5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
    After this window, cancellations may not be possible as processing begins quickly.

  • Show signs of wear or damage
  • Are sent after the return window
  • Do not meet the eligibility criteria
  • Abuse of the return policy may lead to restricted access to future orders.
